Tom Hoffman is Director of Business Development for the Digital Enterprise for Siemens PL and has been with Siemens PL for the past 17 years supporting Digital Manufacturing software applications from development to go to market. Prior to Siemens, he served as Senior Manufacturing Engineering at General Motors Corporation responsible for math based applications utilized in the development of Body-in-White manufacturing systems. Over the last 35 years he has been involved in software based manufacturing applications, ranging from development and practical implementation, to sales and marketing.
His latest endeavor has a focus on advancing the Digital Twin technologies specifically targeted at applications supporting the virtual commissioning space that becomes a tie from design to the shop floor. This provides companies the ability to reduce the time to ramp up into production and feedback loops to learn in various stages of development.
Prashant is Partner at ISG and leads and shapes ISG’s Digital Advisory Services. He has a unique mix of experiences starting with Nokia Networks (formerly Siemens) where he was responsible for Mobile Network Software Product Development; this was followed by Technology Consulting leadership roles at Accenture in Manufacturing, Telecom & Media.
Prashant offers ISG’s clients insights gained from industry experience with clients, service providers, and the advisory business. He has a proven track record of advising, structuring and implementing large IT transformations and outsourcing engagements of sizes 50-100m€.
His client work is primarily with Fortune 100 clients across many industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, Healthcare, Energy, Banking. He has advised multiple large conglomerates in Europe in their multi-year IT transformation programs.
Mr. Madugula, is the President of Power Engineers Collaborative LLC, has nearly 37 years of experience designing power plants across the U.S. and around the world. In this current capacity, he directs smaller onsite power projects with industrial customers. He has a bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, has been elected as an ASME Fellow, and has seven professional engineering licenses in U.S. and Canada.
