The ethical use of data matters. Why? Because customer relationships are built on trust and trust drives loyalty, longevity and ultimately profit. There is a gray area between using data to provide an experience that's timely and useful and an experience that's intrusive. One major intrusive experience, even if only perceived, can turn a customer away forever. It's not about what's allowed and what's not, it's about how your choices will have tangible impacts on your business.

Join the conversation and discuss how industry leaders are balancing the drive to create compelling customer experiences and the ethical use of data.
